Dolen Cymru Lesotho will be joining us at this year’s Tour of Pembrokeshire! Here’s what the charity had to say.
“In November 2022, 10 students and 3 teachers from Ysgol Penrhyn Dewi visited our link school, Mahloenyeng Combined School, in Matsieng, Lesotho. The trip was funded by Taith, with support from Dolen Cymru. It was an incredible trip for all, having an enormous impact on students and teachers alike.
We have secured funding to bring four of our Basotho friends to St David’s at the end of June. We are now fundraising to bring eight additional students to Wales so that they too have the opportunity afforded to our students and so that we can share our wonderful Welsh culture with them.”
