The cut-off for riders is 16:30hrs at Goodwick Moor when they will either be able to return to St Davids via the A487 or be recovered by motor vehicle at their own risk. No rider shall arrange to be followed by their own support vehicle.
Participants will be responsible for their own bicycle which must be fully roadworthy and safe to ride. The wearing of hard shell helmets conforming to CE standards EN1078 is mandatory. All participants under the age of 18 must have a consent form completed by their parent or guardian. Riders under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
All riders are to carry:
By entering the event, riders confirm that they understand and agree that they do so entirely at their own risk and that they will rely on their own ability in dealing with all hazards and ride in a manner which is safe for themselves and all others. They further accept that the marshals’ function is only to indicate the direction of the route, riders must decide if the movement they make is safe. The event is policed by marshals and the Dyfed Powys Police Force and riders will be disqualified, via the recording of their rider number, should they not comply with these terms and conditions.
The event will be run under the guidelines of the Welsh Assembly Government and any other relevant governing bodies for health and safety. By entering, riders agree that they will fully commit to ensure every safety procedure, issued in their rider pack and published under the rider instructions on the website, is complied with.
